ezyGrow Pty Ltd complies with the:

Refunds Policy

Refunds may be granted on items damaged or lost in transit upon ezyGrow Pty Ltd receiving proof of the damage and that it was caused in the transport of the product supplied to you from ezyGrow Pty Ltd. This may include but is not limited to; 

• Proof of purchase
• Photographic evidence of damaged goods
• Description of damage

Such refunds will be subject to investigation by ezyGrow Pty Ltd and will be granted at the sole discretion of ezyGrow Pty Ltd or its employees.

ezyGrow Pty Ltd will not be liable for any refunds caused my miss-use of any of the products it may supply to you from time to time. ezyGrow Pty Ltd does not accept any liability from products that it may supply that originate from a third party.

Notwithstanding the above, the 'ezyGrow Planters' come to us with a 12 month warranty and we are happy to extend this warranty to you in the case of faulty planters. Please contact us via our contact form to report any faults that you may have with your ezyGrow Planter.

Payment Gateway

The payment Gateway is supplied by the National Australia Bank (NAB). We use Secured Socket Layering (SSL) to pass your credit card details via this Gateway and rely on the NAB to process your transaction and return to us notification that the transaction has been received as well as a receipt for that transaction.

We ensure that the transaction process is as secure as possible but take no responsibility for any fraudulent use of your credit card. It is important that you keep your credit card details safe and do not give them to anyone else. By making a payment via our payment gateway system you are giving permission to debit your credit card by the amount shown.

If in the case that you believe there has been a mistake made or you feel someone has used your card without your permission please contact us as soon as possible so we can act on this in the quickest time frame possible.

If any any refunds occur they will be made to the card that was debited only. ezyGrow will never give cash or cheque refunds at any time for any reason.

We do not store your credit card information on our system apart from your name. We will never request your credit card details or your PIN number by email. If you receive an email from us in relation to your credit card details please ensure you contact us immediately.
