How to lay-by an ezyGrow Planter

If the cost of a new ezyGrow garden planter is a bit much all at once then why not Lay-By one. We have developed a system that will allow you to pay your new ezyGrow planter off over 6 months or less. All you need is an email address and a credit card or access to one.

Below are the steps on how to get started today;

• Join up as a member to the ezyGrow web site. You do this by going here >> Once you have submitted the membership form you will receive an email with your login details. Use your login details to log into the members area. Click the "Retail Customer Login" button at the top of the page to log in.
• Once you have logged in the "Retails Customer Login" button at the top will change to "My Admin Page". You can get to your admin page but clicking this button.
• Your admin page contains links to change your details as well as create a Lay-By Order, view your order status and make payments.
• To make a Lay-By order, first ensure you are logged in. Go to your admin page. Select the link to "Place a Lay-By Order. This will take you to a page with the ezyGrow products on it. Click the "Add to Cart" button on the right to add the colour that you want to your shopping cart. If you want more than one you can change the quantity in the shopping cart and click the "Recalculate" Button.
• When you are happy with your order click the "Checkout" button. This will take you to a page that finalises the order and calculates shipping costs. If you have not filled in all the required fields you will not be able to continue but you will be given the opportunity to add them and come back to this page. When you have something in your shopping cart a small icon will appear in the bottom right hand corner of the page. You can click this to get to your shopping cart at any time.
• If all required details are present you will then need to read and agree to the Lay-By Terms and Conditions. Click the link indicated to do this. The Terms and Conditions will appear in a pop up window. If this window doesn't pop up you may need to turn off your pop up blocker. At the bottom of the Terms and Conditions page you will need to click to check the box stating you have read and agree to the terms and conditions. Click the "Continue" button to move on. This will close the pop up window and reload the checkout page.
• You will now see a notification that you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions and you can now proceed to pay your deposit. This is 15% of the total Lay-By amount and will be shown automatically.
• Place your credit card details into the fields provided and click the button provided to make your deposit payment and finalise your Lay-By Order.
• You will receive a copy of the Lay-By Agreement and a Tax Invoice for your deposit in your email and you will be able to access your Lay-By Order  in you admin page.
• To make payments on your Lay-By Order log into the ezyGrow members area and go to your admin page. Your Lay-By Order will be shown on this page and you will be able to click a link to view your Lay-By Order. At the bottom of the Lay-By Order page you will see a link to make further payments. Click this link and a pop up window will appear that will allow you to place your credit card details into and make you payment. You will receive a Tax Invoice for your payment in your email. Click the [Close] link to close this page and reload the Lay-By Order page. This will show your payment transaction and the balance owing.
• Once you have completed paying for your Lay-By you will receive a completion email and we will also receive a notification. When we receive this we will dispatch your order.
